Terms and Conditions

Webpages Listings

Website listings(ad postings) are subject to the receipt of appropriate payment.

Listing Maintenance - Your account will remain active from the point of account creation to the point at which your account is canceled. You may cancel your listing at any time. Please allow 72 hours from the point at which your cancellation request is submitted for the request to be processed, at which point all future billings to you are terminated. Specifically, to be sure to avoid a future billing, you will need to request cancellation of your listing three (3) days before your next date of submission and must be e-mailed to billing@grudd.com for cancellation to go into effect. Please note that the terms “monthly” apply only to the relevant periods in the payment schedule, and not to the length of time which listings will remain current. Listings will be terminated upon request for cancellation, regardless of the point in the payment cycle at which this occurs.

Listing Failure - If a due listing payment fails to be made, your account may be closed and advertisement removed. Potential reasons for listing payments failing include the card number changing, the card expiring, your billing address having changed, or having insufficient funds available. In the case that we are unable to authorize a charge, our system will continue to attempt charging your card. You may receive a warning e-mail that your listing will be suspended if authorization cannot be achieved.

Payments ~ Monthly Accounts - grudd.com Webpages accounts are registered at $9.95 for the first month and all subsequent months are $24.95 per month, unless discounted due to promotions. Initial billing is submitted upon completion of the signup process, at which point recurring billing is initiated at $24.95 a month. All future billings will be submitted on or about the original signup date in all future months unless otherwise notified by grudd.com   Prices are subject to change; however, you will be notified with 30 days notice, via e-mail or website posting, of any such changes before they go into effect, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your listing should you so wish.

Attention: As of June 01, 2009 monthly rates will be increased to $24.95

Payments ~ Weekly Accounts - grudd.com Webpages accounts are registered at $29.95 for the first week and all subsequent weeks are $29.95 per week, unless discounted due to promotions. Acceptable Use of Service

It is the responsibility of our users to create, maintain, and police the content of their profiles and/or websites, including obeying all local, regional, and national laws. Websites or profiles found in violation of any laws may be removed from grudd.com’s listings at any time without notice or refund. grudd.com cannot, and will not, be held liable or accountable for content on user’s profiles or websites.

grudd.com does not accept profiles or websites of an overtly sexually explicit nature. It is the responsibility of the user to avoid registering with grudd.com Webpages. Refunds will not be provided to any user based on the unacceptability of their website. Whether a website is acceptable or not is at the sole discretion of grudd.com

All profiles submitted not meeting grudd’s standards of decency will be subject to removal without warning or notice.

Service - grudd.com provides no guarantee as to purchases of products advertised by any website or affiliates of any website and makes no guarantee of listing positions.

grudd.com Matrix System

Charges - grudd.com Matrix System accounts are registered for an initial payment of $2.95 Charges to your credit card begin the following Tuesday of the week in which you registered, at which point you will be charged weekly(each Tuesday) in the amounts of $29.95, $19.95, or $9.95 until participant requests cancellation of their account. There is no inherent order to charges. You may be charged $9.95 the first week as opposed to $29.95 or even $19.95. If we are not able to achieve successful charges to your credit card, our system will continue attempting to charge your card at later dates in varying amounts until the weekly sums are reached.

Payments - Matrix System participants - payments begin monthly after the first cycle of charges to your credit card. As profits are customarily small at first, they will gradually increase until which point they reach the limit whereby payments are then converted to weekly payments of $750. There is no inferred guarantee as to when and how long profits take to reach the maximum level. Neither is there a guarantee as to the amount of profits in any given month or week. We provide no explicit or implicit guarantees regarding profits resulting from our system.

Cancellations - In order to cancel your account, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date at the following email address: billing@grudd.com
Though we will make every effort to honor any request, those made elsewhere do not come with a guarantee of receipt or validity.

Refunds - The refund policy of the grudd.com Matrix System is bound by the following conditions:

Refunds will be provided upon request at the sole discretion of grudd.com and are granted on the basis of charges after requests for cancellation are made to the above email address.

AdSmart Cost-Per-Click Services

Continued ad postings are subject to the receipt of appropriate payment.

Advertisement Order - grudd.com AdSmart advertisements are listed according to their cost-per-click (CPC) settings. The higher the (CPC) value, the higher the order in which your advertisement is listed, and summarily the more clicks you will receive.

Account Maintenance - Each customer will be billed once weekly according to the number of hits charged to your account, the cost-per-click value, and your daily maximum daily budget. Payments - grudd.com AdSmart accounts are registered for an initial payment of $9.95 Billing for clicks begin after ad copy is approved and posted, at which point you will be billed weekly until advertiser requests cancellation of account. All future billings will be submitted according to the number of clicks you receive and the date of registration. 

Refund Policy for Advertising

The refund policy of grudd.com is bound by the following conditions:

Refunds will be provided upon request if your advertising is not posted within 72 hours of your order being processed. There will not be any refunds for partial months of posting upon cancellation of said advertisement. Ads may be continued indefinitely, until said month of listing service is completed or may be removed without notice, prior to the completion of paid period’s ending date. We provide no explicit guarantees regarding results from our advertising service.

Updates to grudd’s Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions listed are subject to change, and may be modified by grudd.com at any time without notification.
